The University of Wisconsin volleyball team advanced to the Sweet 16 in the NCAA Tournament with a sweep of TCU in the second round Saturday.
Sarah Franklin recorded 13 kills to pace the Badgers in the 25-9, 25-11, 25-23 victory at the UW Field House. Devyn Robinson and Anna Smrek both added six kills in the win.
The Badgers improved to 27-3 with the win and will host the third round next weekend.
UW finished with six service aces.
