The tragic shooting death of rapper Takeoff has prompted several stars to take to social media to honor the deceased artist.
Takeoff, who was part of the successful group Migos, died early Tuesday morning after being shot at at a bowling and pool alley in Houston, Texas. he was 28 years old.
Ja Rule aired his complaints over Takeoff’s violent death twitterwrote, “This shit has to stop… Sending love to friends and family.”
Gucci Mane, who recently collaborated with Takeoff on the track “Us vs. Them,” wrote on Instagram, “This broke my heart,” when he learned the news.
Other music stars who have been remembered and mourned include Chloe Bailey from Chloe x Halle. murmured Commenting on her “heartbreak”, Yoon Miami, one half of hip-hop duo City Girls, wrote:damn take off‘ and three broken heart emojis.Kid Cudi collaborated with Migos on the song “Danger” murmured A simple “RIP takeoff”.
“There are no words,” Kelly Rowland exclaimed on her Instagram story about news snippets about Takeoff’s death.
And actress Keke Palmer wrote on Instagram, “This is terrible. No. It’s really bad.”
