Contrary to rumors, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle won’t be appearing on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” next week, Page Six has confirmed.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have sparked speculation that they plan to sit down for the first-ever late-night interview to promote their new Netflix documentary series, Harry & Meghan.
Chatting began on Wednesday. Jimmy Fallon’s NBC show’s official Twitter account teased“Who do you think will debut on the talk show next Thursday? I’ll give you a hint,” accompanied by a crown and tie emoji.
But the cryptic tweet is about the cast of ‘Young Royals’ No Seeking more privacy, Harry and Markle stepped down as senior members of the royal family in 2020.
Markle, 41, was slated to appear on ‘The Tonight Show’ in September When I visited New York City with Harry, 38, for the United Nations General Assembly. However, her plans were postponed after the death of her princely grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.
“Meghan was due for Fallon,” a source told Page Six at the time. “She doesn’t even know what she was going to talk about, but it was apparently cancelled.”
The duo won’t be on the show, but fans can get a closer look at royal life behind closed doors in the first three episodes of the six-part documentary series, which began streaming Thursday.
Shocking allegations like “bribery,” “exploitation,” and “organized reality shows” have not only been mentioned by the scandal-stricken royal family, but also more like Harry’s marriage proposal and family life in California. Intimate details are also mentioned.
