Prince Charles reportedly has a lot of trouble with his relationship with Princes William and Harry.
This insight was put forward by Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, co-authors of Finding Freedom.
They began by recalling the “nightmare” experience of scheduling Prince Harry and Prince William for a family photo.
The photo in question is from before Archie and Lilibet were born and shows King Charles and Camilla, his heir and spare wife, and grandchildren Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
Recalling that moment, the duo explained.
They had to “really seriously” “discuss who would receive how much money from their father to fund their project.”
“Charles may be Harry’s father, but he’s also their boss, which complicates their relationship for many reasons,” they added.
These claims are made in Finding Freedom, mirror, “No matter how careful Harry is about sharing parts of his story involving others, there is still a very real risk of severe backlash from the institution and family.”
“A palace aide recently told me of a ‘real fear’ among senior members that the book would irreparably damage reputations and relationships. But for Harry [the book’s] Greater intentions seem worth the risk. ”
