It finally happened. It took me 16 weeks, but I finally achieved the picking triple crown.
A big hit with ATS selections, straight up picks and best bets as part of CBSSports.com Expert Picks.
Records: 13-3 ATS, 12-4 straight ups, 5-1, my best bet as part of the “Pick Six NFL” podcast. That brings my season records to 149-90-1 straight ups, 114-117-9 ATS and 52-37-5.
So after two terrible weeks, I answered with my best of the year. Let’s continue the hot streak.

Featured games | | Tennessee Titans vs Dallas Cowboys
The game means little for the Titans, but the Cowboys are still gunning for the top seed in the NFC. The Titans are in turmoil now with Malik Willis at quarterback. The Cowboys have had problems defensively, but they’re fine this time. cowboys roll.
Choose: Cowboys 33, Titans 20
Sunday 1pm (Fox, fuboTV)
Featured games | | Atlanta Falcons vs Arizona Cardinals
This game is one of the few games that has no playoff-related implications. Arizona lost at home to the Bucks and the Falcons lost to the Ravens midway through. For a team playing for free, this is a long way to go. So help Desmond Ridder get his first win in the NFL as a starter.
Choose: Falcons 25, Cardinals 17
Sunday 1pm (Fox, fuboTV)
Featured games | | Detroit Lions vs Chicago Bears
The Lions have suffered a crushing loss to the Panthers, but the Bears are playing as hard as they can. Detroit needs to win to have any chance of making the postseason. Last week’s game against the Panthers was abysmal, but the Bears at home should be on track. The Lions get it behind a strong aggressive show.
Choose: Lions 31 Bears 23
Sunday 1pm (CBS, Paramount+)
Featured games | | Houston Texans vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
The game meant essentially nothing for the Jaguars, so they were able to rest some injured guys. Playing traditionally well. Still, I think Jacksonville will find a way to pull off a close game.
Choose: Jaguars 24, Texans 21
Sunday 1pm (CBS, Paramount+)
Featured games | | Kansas City Chiefs vs. Denver Broncos
The Broncos have road games back-to-back and are playing for free. Kansas City still has a chance to clinch the top seed in the conference. The Broncos are also in turmoil after sacking manager Nathaniel Hackett. I don’t think you’ll get the backing of a fired coach here. The Chiefs will blow them away as Russell Wilson continues to struggle.
Choose: Chiefs 33, Broncos 10
Sunday 1pm (CBS, Paramount+)
Featured games | | New England Patriots vs. Miami Dolphins
It will be a huge game for both sides as the winner of this game will determine the fate of the playoffs. The Dolphins have lost four in a row, and the Patriots have lost two in the past two weeks. Both offenses have been in trouble lately, and Miami will almost certainly miss Tua Tagovailoa due to concussions. Teddy Bridgewater starts. It’s important. Patriots win.
Choose: Patriots 24, Dolphins 20
Sunday 1pm (CBS, Paramount+)
Featured games | | New York Giants vs. Indianapolis Colts
The Giants need one win to make the playoffs, and this is their best chance against a bad Colts team playing in a short week. The Colts got nothing from quarterback Nick Foles. The Giants win it and go to the playoffs behind a good defensive effort.
Choose: Giants 28 Colts 13
Sunday 1pm (Fox, fuboTV)
Featured games | | Philadelphia Eagles vs. New Orleans Saints
The Eagles are still trying to secure the top seed, but this seed may not yet have Jaylen Hurts. This means another game for Gardner Minshew. The Saints are going back-to-back road his games after defeating the Browns. That defense worked well, but this is the better offense. Look for the Eagles to get back on track and end the Saints’ small playoff chances after their loss to Dallas.
Choose: Eagles 28, Saints 17
Sunday 1pm (Fox, fuboTV)
Featured games | | Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Carolina Panthers
This is probably the title of the department. If the Bucks win, they win the division. If the Panthers win and win the following week, they win. Carolina is playing better football than the Bucks right now, but it’s hard to beat Tom Brady away. Still, I think Carolina will win this game using a run game that ran over 300 yards against the Lions. The Panthers won in an upset.
Choose: Panthers 23, Bucks 22
Sunday 1pm (Fox, fuboTV)
Featured games | | Washington Commanders v Cleveland Browns
Commanders need to win to make the playoffs. Browns are eliminated. Cleveland’s offense has done little for Deshawn Watson and Washington’s defense is causing big problems. Expect Washington to run it a lot in a bad Cleveland defense with Brian Robinson Jr. They’ll win it and continue to push into the postseason.
Choose: Commanders 23, Browns 21
Sunday 4:05 pm (Fox, fuboTV)
Featured games | | Las Vegas Raiders vs. San Francisco 49ers
The Raiders are playing next year after losing to the Steelers, but the 49ers still have a shot at the second seed. Derek Carr was terrible against his Pittsburgh. This guy is special on the 49ers defense. Expect the 49ers to continue winning with their block his Purdy and their excellent defense.
Choose: 49ers 27, Raiders 19
Sunday 4:05 pm (Fox, fuboTV)
Featured games | | Seattle Seahawks vs New York Jets
It’s been a long, tough journey for the Jets who haven’t played well. Mike White is now back at quarterback against a struggling Seattle defense. At Whiteback, the Jets will find a way to win the close game.
Choose: Jets 24, Seahawks 20
Sunday 4:25 p.m. (CBS, Paramount +)
Featured games | | Green Bay Packers vs. Minnesota Vikings
This is a big game for the Packers. If they win, they can become a playoff team. The Vikings still have a chance to secure the top seed in the conference. But survival motivates more than seeds. The Packers lost to the Vikings earlier this year, but I think Aaron Rodgers will have a field day against a bad Vikings defense.
Choose: Packers 31, Vikings 24
Sunday 4:25 p.m. (CBS, Paramount +)
Featured games | | Los Angeles Chargers vs. Los Angeles Rams
The Rams have an impressive win over the Broncos, which is a big step in terms of competition. That said, he has to show more offensively for the postseason. I think they are doing it here.
Choose: Chargers 30, Rams 21
Sunday 8:20 pm (NBC, fuboTV)
Featured games | | Baltimore Ravens vs. Pittsburgh Steelers
The Steelers are still alive, but barely alive, while the Ravens are gunning for the division title. Baltimore is still underperforming offensively, but defensively they are doing well. The Steelers kept their hopes up by defeating the Raiders with a last-minute touchdown. This would be a low-scoring defensive game that the Ravens would win in the second half.
Choose: Ravens 19, Steelers 17
Monday, 8:15 PM ET (ESPN, fuboTV)
Featured games | | Cincinnati Bengals vs. Buffalo Bills
This is the game of the week when two of the best teams in the NFL face off. Bills has been playing road games continuously, but has an extra day of rest. Both teams can score on offense. So this could be a shootout. Together with Josh Allen, I’m going to do my best against Joe Burrow.
Choose: Bills 34, Bengals 31
