Anti-Islamic occupation Iranians chant: We will take Iran back. “
They also chant, “This is our final message. The goal is the entire administration.”

The Islamic Republic is a gender apartheid state. That structure means that the regime is unable to meet the demands of the female population, even if it wanted to. .
To understand how unrealistic Iran’s theocracy is, look at Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei’s Twitter…
The current world order is changing and a new order will prevail. He has three main elements to it. US isolation. Transfer of political, economic, cultural and scientific power from the West to Asia. & Expanding resistance fronts in the fight against aggression.

…or this video of Iran’s ambassador to the UN refusing to answer a very basic question.
Ambu. The Islamic Republic has claimed that his government to the United Nations respects human rights and supports freedom of assembly.
When I chased him down the hallway, he didn’t take a Q and remained silent. #MahsaAminj pic.twitter.com/iwRIhMb7zj

Not only has the regime ignored women’s rights in Iran, but it has also completely misunderstood the world’s growing commitment to gender equality and underestimated one of the most powerful political issues of the 21st century. There is nothing controversial or questionable about supporting women’s rights in the country.
So, of course, many of the world’s most influential women are comfortable calling the women’s struggle in Iran a historic battle.
What can we do for Iranian women right now? Share their stories on social media to spread the word and sign an open letter to expel the oppressive Islamic Republic of Iran from the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women. Please join us. https://t.co/2dhy4HOKGe pic.twitter.com/H4mClm7heC

Today, I am proud to stand with so many people around the world in solidarity with the brave women and girls of Iran. Your protest inspired us. pic.twitter.com/KkWRlCWReF

That commitment shines a brighter light than ever on the many atrocities and abuses of power committed by the Iranian National Army. Iranian authorities have killed more than 300 of her, and he may have already arrested 14,000 protesters since late September, according to the Human Rights Observatory.
Across Iran, security forces are detaining and torturing peaceful protesters.
They killed hundreds of people and severely injured many more.
And they tried to silence dissent by detaining activists, journalists and lawyers.
We condemn these acts of oppression and violence.

And more and more governments and international organizations are taking a different view of Iran.
We stand united, united in support of Iranian women, united in Iran’s heinous actions, united in our determination to hold this repressive regime to account. Today, that unity is on display in Ottawa. pic.twitter.com/2CLzWbfYez

Preventing theocratic authoritarians from acquiring nuclear weapons is no longer the sole focus of establishing foreign policy. Now leaders are also looking for ways to mitigate the destruction the Islamic Republic of Iran is already wreaking within their own borders.
and @G7 In a working session on Iran, I reiterated my 🇨🇦 support for brave women peacefully protesting for their rights in Iran.
We continue to condemn the regime’s human rights abuses and arming Russia to support its illegal invasion of Ukraine.

courageous protest in #Iran continue. The regime is acting more brutally every day. Bilateral relations were already at a standstill, but with the state acting inhumanely, there can be no “business as usual”. Therefore, we adapt our relationship to the situation. 🧵1/5 https://t.co/i2nKBeI5o6

Pressure on Tehran will continue to build. Especially since the Islamic Republic blindly reinforces the wrong side of an issue that has as much international consensus as women’s rights.
But global opposition alone will not end the regime’s atrocities, nor will it “liberate Iran,” as Biden originally said. But it could help deliver on Biden’s soon-to-be-corrected predictions. It says that soon the Iranians will “liberate themselves”.
