The Motorola MA1 was announced at CES 2022 and quickly went out of stock on Amazon and other retailers. This Motorola branded wireless Android Auto adapter is now available again from Amazon.
12/4 update: Motorola MA1 has been consistently available on Amazon since late October. That changed around Black Friday, but now i’m back Sold by “Motorola Nursery, Sound and Voice” (first part is about baby monitor and forehead thermometer). Depending on the location, next day delivery is possible.
Update 10/23: The MA1 sold by Motorola Voice has been back in stock for $99.99 for a while now and will ship from Amazon by the end of October if you order today.
8/30 update: The Motorola MA1 is available again from Amazon for a new price of $99.99. However, today’s order will not arrive until October.
7/26 update: The Motorola MA1 went out of stock quickly on the first Saturday, but was back in stock in just one day. However, shipping is now more than two weeks away.
7/25 update: Official supply continues to be limited and stock from Motorola Voice is once again out of stock.
7/24 update: The Motorola MA1 is back in stock on Amazon (sold by Motorola Voice) after over a month. Purchase today and it will ship next week.

6/20 update: A week after being sold out, the Motorola MA1 has been resold on Amazon. It will still be sold by Motorola Voice and shipped by Amazon, but the earliest delivery date is now July 5th (in the US) instead of just a few days.

Original 6/12: After the $89.95 Motorola MA1 became available for pre-order in mid-January, the Chromecast-style dongle began shipping to customers later that month. Official sellers quickly ran out of stock, and those who wanted this device had to turn to third-party devices, which often sell for an additional fee.
On Sunday evening, the Motorola MA1 was restocked on Amazon from the manufacturer “Motorola Voice”. It ships from Amazon and arrives next week with Prime shipping.
It’s not yet available at Best Buy or Target today.
Compared to the few third-party products that have brought gadgets from the brand to market, Motorola Sound claims that it has “licensed Google’s technology that allows users to easily connect wirelessly to their existing USB-enabled Android Auto vehicles. I am doing.”
