Jay was born in the Bronx in 1946. He has been married to his Ilona for nearly 50 years. He’s been an avid Trump supporter since his 2015 (descending escalator). Jay and Ilona have his two daughters, Deborah and Meredith, and his eight grandchildren.
He holds a BBA from Baruch College, CUNY and an MBA from Adelphi University. He was his NYS-approved nursing home administrator. His final position was CEO of the Sephardic Geriatric Foundation for four years before retiring five years ago. After moving to Florida, he became involved in Donald Trump-influenced politics. He was elected to the Republican Executive Committee for Palm Beach County, Florida (where Trump resides).
