TEHRAN – Iran national football team head coach Carlos Queiroz has named the final 25-player squad for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Team Iran are in Group B alongside England, Wales and USA.
The Persians begin their honorable campaign against England at Gareth Southgate on 21 November.
Iran will play Wales on November 25th and the United States four days later.
Omid Ebrahimi, who suffered a groin injury against Nicaragua on Thursday, is not on the list.
Iran will face Tunisia in the final warm-up ahead of the 2022 World Cup in Doha, Qatar.
