Charlotte, N.C. — The N.C. High School Athletic Association held its annual football state championship press conference on Monday. The event, which was held at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, featured the head coaches of every football team qualified for the state championships.
Four state champions will be crowed this weekend. The 2A and 4A state championship games will be played at Kenan Stadium in Chapel Hill, while the 1A and 3A state championship game will be played at Carter-Finley Stadium in Raleigh.

Friday, Dec. 9:
7:00 PM – 4A Championship @ UNC: (2) New Bern (15-0) vs. (1) Grimsley (15-0)
Saturday, Dec. 10
11:00 AM – 2A Championship @ UNC: (2) East Duplin (14-1) vs. (1) Reidsville (14-1)
3:00 PM – 1A Championship @ NC State: (1) Tarboro (13-1) vs. (4) Mount Airy (14-1)
7:00 PM – 3A Championship @ NC State: (1) Northern Nash (15-0) vs. (4) East Lincoln (15-0)
