Donald Trump Jr., vice president of the US-based Trump Organization, son of former US President Donald Trump Jr., is likely to visit India this month and plans to expand in the Indian real estate market. may be announced. The Trump Organization has entered the Indian real estate market through a partnership with Mumbai-based Tribeca Developer.
“Donald Trump Jr. will visit India this month on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Tribeca Developers. During the visit, Donald Trump Jr. and Tribeca Developers founder Karpesh Mehta , jointly announce plans to expand operations in India,” said Tribeca Developers in a statement on Tuesday.
According to Mehta, “Tribeca’s business relationship with the Trump Organization dates back 10 years and has only grown stronger each year. Our decade-long celebration would not have been complete without Donald Trump Jr. We are delighted to have you join us.”
“During this visit, we will be announcing our business expansion plans with the Trump Organization as well as other significant developments,” added Mehta.
There are currently four Trump projects in India: Trump Tower Mumbai, Trump Tower Pune, Trump Tower Delhi NCR and Trump Tower Kolkata.
The Trump Organization has already completed a luxury project in Pune in partnership with Panchsil Realty. Trump also partnered with Rhoda Group in 2014 for a housing project in Mumbai that is currently under construction.
Inaugurated in 2017, Trump Tower Kolkata consists of 140 ultra-luxury apartments. This project is being developed by Unimark Group, RDB Group and Tribeca Developers.
Launched in 2018, Trump’s fourth residential project in Gurugram is being developed by real estate firm M3M.
