On Friday night, former President Donald Trump blamed election officials in Arizona for losing yet another of his candidates to the Senate.
Trump has demanded a start over, claiming the fraud cost the Republican Party victory in the state.
The loss of the Republican Blake Masters to Mark Kelly left the Democrats with just one seat to retain control of the Senate.
That puts pressure on Trump, who has been accused of supporting an extremist candidate with little chance of winning.
On Friday night, Trump went on the offensive, claiming, without evidence, that fraud robbed him of his Masters win in Arizona.
“Many voting machines didn’t work, they only worked in Republican constituencies,” he claimed in a post on his Truth Social website.
“People were forced to wait for hours and then exhausted or doing other things, thousands left the voting line.”

Officials in Maricopa County, including Phoenix, reported on Tuesday that about one-fifth of the vote-counting machines were out of order.
But the judge threw out a legitimate bid by Republicans to keep polling places open late, and said he didn’t provide evidence that anyone was blocked from voting.
And officials said all votes were counted.
But that didn’t stop claims of voter fraud from quickly circulating on social media.
“This is fraud, voter fraud, and it is no different than stuffing a ballot box,” Trump said, sticking to his allegations.
“They stole the right to vote from Blake Masters.
‘Restart the election’
In Arizona, barricades and security fences have been erected around the Maricopa County elections office, and law enforcement officials are on high alert for protests.
The state was at the center of conspiracy theories in 2020, when Joe Biden narrowly won the state from Trump. For the first time since Bill Clinton, Democrats won the state.

Maricopa County Supervisor Bill Gates (left) said, “We’re trying to fix this problem as soon as possible.
Trump also said, “Fraudulent elections, open borders = third world countries.
“America is a failed nation.”
This time around, Arizona was one of the key battlegrounds as Republicans tried to reclaim the Senate.
But results across the country are against Republicans, with a string of high-profile losses to Democrats.
Trump has many responsibilities.
He assisted Don Bolduc in New Hampshire, TV Doctor Mehmet Oz in Pennsylvania, and Herschel Walker in Georgia.
Both Bolduc and Oz defeated more mainstream candidates in the primaries, and Trump took credit for leading them to the nomination.
“Trump gave them the nomination and ultimately defeated the party,” said one Republican strategist on condition of anonymity. That’s it,’ he said.
Trump had hoped to cement his dominant position during the midterm elections, ahead of Tuesday’s expected presidential election announcement.
Since then, many insiders have said he may be delayed due to his candidate’s poor results.
Forecasts through Tuesday suggest that Republicans had a slight edge in the race to seize the Senate.
But by Friday night, Democrats had 49 seats and Republicans had 49 seats.
In Nevada, incumbent Democratic Senator Katherine Cortez Mast trailed Republican state attorney general Adam Laxalt to within about 800 votes, leaving control of the Senate to the knife’s edge.
